Breann Buxkemper is in her third term as Levelland City Council member for District C. She works at Hockley County School Employees Credit Union and is heavily involved in the community. She volunteers with many organizations, including the South Plains College Foundation, Levelland Chamber of Commerce, the Hockley County Junior Livestock Association and Levelland High School parent clubs.

Breann believes civil service is her way to give back to the community that has provided a great place to live and work for her and her family for generations. She is a third generation Levelland native and sees the future growth of Levelland as a priority. She is dedicated to seeing Levelland prosper and has the experience, passion and work ethic to make it possible.
